    European certified specialist in veterinary neurology and neurosurgery, Specialist in diseases of dogs and cats, Professor at the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences.

    Co-owner and founder of NeuroTeam Specialised Veterinary Clinic.

    The professor conducts neurological consultations, performs neurosurgical procedures, evaluates CT and MRI scans of neurological patients.
    Graduated from Wrocław Agricultural Academy in 2002. In 2009 he defended his doctoral thesis on “Application of Electroencephalography in the Diagnosis of CNS Diseases in Cats”. After completing a 3-year residency training in neurology and neurosurgery at Tierspital Bern in Switzerland in 2011, he passed the European ECVN exam and became the first person in Poland to earn the international title of Certified Diplomate at the European College of Veterinary Neurology.

    Throughout his career, he completed internships in clinical neurology and neurosurgery in Raleigh, Davis, and Stanford (USA), Helsinki (Finland), Hanover (Germany), Milan and Bologna (Italy). He worked in advanced diagnostic imaging laboratories for animals, conducting computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans. Since 2004, he has been assessing and describing CT and MRI images of dogs and cats from both clinical and scientific perspective. Since 2015, he has been the chairman of the Neurology Section of the Polish Society of Small Animal Veterinary Medicine. In 2017 he defended his habilitation thesis on the use of electroencephalography in CNS diseases in dogs. Professor at the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, he conducts teaching and research activities in veterinary neurology at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. Author of numerous publications, lectures, and trainings in veterinary neurology, neuroimaging, and neurosurgery. Lecturer for Polish veterinary specialisation courses and the European School of Advanced Veterinary Studies (ESAVS). Member of the Tierneurologen – an organisation of German-speaking veterinary neurology specialists.

    In 2020, together with Dr. Paweł Stefanowicz DVM, ESE ECVO, he founded “VetImaging” computed tomography laboratory at “Retina” veterinary clinic in Kraków, and in 2022 – second CT laboratory at “NeuroTeam” clinic in Wrocław. www.vetimaging.pl
