NeuroTeam Clinic
The clinic provides consultations for all neurological conditions affecting companion animals.
We specialise particularly in dog and cat diseases. We specialise in diagnosing and determining therapy for emergency cases such as paralysis, balance disorders, seizures, as well as managing long-term chronic conditions like idiopathic epilepsy, encephalitis, myositis, polyneuropathy, and many others.
Due to the clinic's unique specialisation, we provide consultations for patients from distant locations, other cities, and even other countries. Our patient must be examined at our clinic, we coordinate with the pet's owner to determine the selection and scope of diagnostic procedures (such as blood tests, CT or MRI imaging, electro diagnostic tests, or cerebrospinal fluid analysis).
Based on the results, we determine the cause of the disease and create a treatment plan. In the case of long-term therapy, the pet owner receives a detailed medication schedule, allowing the treatment to be continued by the local veterinarian. We then invite these patients for follow-up visits as needed, or periodically, e.g., every 3 to 6 months, while staying in touch with the primary care veterinarian.
We treat each patient individually and with the utmost care, that’s why every patient must undergo both a clinical and neurological examinations (manually, on-site during the consultation). For this reason, we do not provide online consultations as they prevent the doctor from making an objective clinical and neurological assessment.
