    PhD in veterinary medicine Marcin Michałek

    Obtained the title of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Environmental and Life Sciences in Wrocław in 2016. In 2020 he defended with distinction his doctoral thesis in clinical veterinary cardiology, comprising a series of scientific articles published in English-language periodicals.

    Between 2019 and 2020 he completed internships abroad, including a month-long stay in the cardiology units at the University of California in Davis and Iowa State University, as well as in the interventional radiology unit at the Animal Medical Center in New York.
    In 2022 he completed training in lung ultrasonography and also started a series of European specialisation trainings in veterinary cardiology ESAVS-Cardiology, currently having completed the fourth of five parts. During this time, Dr. Marcin also completed a two-week clinical internship at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
    He is very experienced in conducting trainings in veterinary echocardiography.
